The Boston Bruins picked up a big 3-2 comeback win against the St. Louis Blues on Tuesday night (Nov. 12). Bruins forward Morgan Geekie played a significant role in the win, scoring the first of three third-period Bruins goals.
Geekie’s goal was a beauty, too, as he one-timed a David Pastrnak feed past Blues goalie Jordan Binnington with a perfectly placed snipe.

Besides scoring against the Blues, Geekie was also far noticeable because of his strong forechecking and intelligent plays throughout the night. Because of this, it was an all-around excellent performance from the 26-year-old.
Geekie needed a game like this, as he was scratched for the Bruins’ three previous contests due to his struggles. However, a performance like this could be exactly what helps him get his campaign back on track.
