The Browns game on Sunday is mostly meaningless. Just don’t tell that to the Bengals.
Cleveland has the No. 5 seed in the AFC locked up and they’ll face the winner of the AFC South in the wild card round of the playoffs.
The problem? Going into Sunday’s games, the AFC South winner is still unknown.
On Saturday, the Colts were eliminated from the playoffs in a 23-19 loss to the Houston Texans. That put the Texans in the playoffs, but they can still win the South. That will be dependent on what happens to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Jacksonville plays on the road against the Tennessee Titans. If the Jaguars win, they win the AFC South. If they lose, the Browns will play the Texans.
The game kicks off at 1 p.m. at Nissan Stadium in Nashville. Jacksonville comes into the game as a 4.5-point favorite, according to BetMGM. The Jaguars beat the Titans 34-14 earlier this season.
The Browns beat both the Jaguars and Texans earlier this season.
